When I chose the name “Living Water Psychiatry,” I knew it was bold. It’s not just a name—it’s a reflection of my own journey and the hope I have for every person who walks through my (virtual) door. The idea of “Living Water” comes from my faith, rooted in the belief that real transformation is possible. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to renew their mind, find peace, and move forward from a place of clarity and balance. For me personally, that renewal has come through my relationship with Christ. It’s been a journey—one that’s ongoing—and I’m grateful for the ways my faith has shaped who I am.

But I’m also aware that everyone’s path looks different, and I’m not here to prescribe mine as the answer for anyone else. My goal isn’t to tell people what to believe or how to live. It’s to help them find their own version of renewal—whatever that looks like for them.

At Living Water Psychiatry, I focus on getting you to a place where your mind is regulated, your emotions feel manageable, and you can experience genuine change that lasts. From there, the journey continues—whether that means exploring spirituality, discovering purpose, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

One of the most meaningful verses to me is: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 (ESV)

This verse represents the idea of leaving behind what once was and stepping into something new. It’s the transformation I hope to see in my clients—a renewal that brings life and peace.

Another verse that captures this hope is:

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” — Isaiah 43:19 (ESV)

It’s about finding hope where there once seemed to be none—seeing possibilities where there were only struggles.

Finally, I’m reminded of the essence of Living Water itself:

“But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” — John 4:14 (ESV)

Living Water Psychiatry is about helping you find your new—whatever that looks like. It’s about walking alongside you as you break free from patterns that keep you stuck and discover what it means to truly live.

I’m grateful to do this work, and I believe that every client I meet is here for a reason. If you’re ready to take that first step toward renewal, I’m here to help.
