Where Do We Begin?
At Living Water Psychiatry, care begins with understanding what you are experiencing and looking beyond symptoms alone. We provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and select adolescents, with treatment shaped around your history, current concerns, daily functioning, and goals.
Whether you are seeking help for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychotic symptoms, sleep concerns, or a combination that has been difficult to sort out, careful assessment matters. Symptoms can overlap, diagnoses can evolve, and treatment should reflect the whole picture rather than a single checklist or label.
Care may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, ADHD testing, pharmacogenetic testing, or laboratory evaluation when clinically appropriate. Recommendations are individualized, explained clearly, and adjusted over time based on how you are actually responding.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what treatment you need. That is part of what we are here to help you figure out.

Treatment Services
Once we have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms, the focus turns to what will help. Treatment is active and responsive, with a plan designed to help you feel and function better.

Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, laboratory evaluation, or additional testing when clinically appropriate. Some concerns respond quickly. Others require more time, careful adjustment, or a combination of approaches. We track what is changing, what is not, and whether treatment is doing what we intended it to do.
As you improve, the plan changes with you. Medications may be adjusted, simplified, or discontinued when appropriate, and visits may become less frequent as stability returns. The goal is not treatment for treatment's sake. The goal is meaningful improvement, with care that stays engaged until things shift.
