Living Water Psychiatry
You’re getting through the day
But should it have to take this much out of you?
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you are in safe hands here. Living Water Psychiatry provides warm, personalized psychiatric care and treatment planning through secure virtual visits for adults across Nevada.

Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong
Sometimes you only know that something has changed
Maybe you are:
-
Replaying conversations long after they end
-
Sleeping but still waking up exhausted
-
Losing patience or interest in things you love
-
Finding that ordinary tasks take too much effort
Anxiety, depression, and stress can overlap in ways that are hard to sort out alone.
You don’t need a perfectly organized story or the right diagnosis to reach out. You only need a safe place to begin.

Care begins with understanding what you have been experiencing
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Our first appointment is simply a safe space to talk through your struggles and discover what will help.
⏱️ Initial Evaluation | 60 Minutes
We will review your symptoms, health history, sleep, daily functioning, and personal goals, then discuss a comfortable next step together.
🔄 Follow-Up Care | 30 Minutes
We will review what is improving, what remains difficult, and how your current plan is working to see if we need to adjust our approach.

You deserve care that makes room for the whole picture
Psychiatric symptoms rarely arrive in neat categories. Anxiety can affect sleep and attention, while depression can look like exhaustion, irritability, or disconnection.
Thoughtful care looks for the pattern connecting these experiences. Your recommendations will always reflect your unique history, health, daily life, and goals.
A broader view is especially important when symptoms have been:
-
Persistent or recurrent.
-
Only partly responsive to past treatments.
Your care is provided by a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. Questions are always welcome, your choices are fully explained, and all treatment decisions are made collaboratively.

Sometimes we need to look a little deeper
Changes in mood, energy, sleep, or attention are not always simple. When appropriate, specialized laboratory testing can help identify metabolic, medical, or nutritional factors impacting your wellness.
For those who have experienced:
-
Limited benefits from past approaches.
-
Difficult or frustrating side effects.
-
A history of trying multiple paths without success.
Advanced biomarker and genetic mapping can offer deeper insights into how your unique biology interacts with your care plan.
These tools never replace a careful psychiatric evaluation. Instead, they provide vital clarity when the clinical picture is complex or healing has not gone as expected.

Attention concerns also deserve careful evaluation
Difficulty with focus, organization, motivation, or follow-through can point toward ADHD. However, anxiety, depression, poor sleep, stress, or underlying physical factors can cause identical challenges.
A thorough attention evaluation considers the full picture:
-
Your unique personal and health history.
-
Your daily routines and current functioning.
-
Objective clinical testing when appropriate.
Together, we can sort out the overlapping layers of your experience to clarify exactly what is going on and find your path forward.
